Spro HQ is a tool for mobile coffee cart operators. It helps with inventory, recipe costing, daily sales tracking, purchase orders, and related day-to-day operations. We add and change features regularly — we'll flag anything major before it goes live.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials and for all activity under your account, including activity by staff members you give PIN access to. Notify us immediately at hello@sprohq.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
New accounts receive a 7-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card is required to start a trial.
After the trial ends, continued use requires a paid subscription. Plans are billed monthly. Current prices are listed at sprohq.com and may change with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers. Payments are processed by Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
You can cancel at any time from within the app. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial months. If something has gone genuinely wrong on our end, email us — we'd rather sort it out than hide behind this paragraph.
Everything you put into Spro HQ — your inventory, recipes, sales records — belongs to you. We store and process it only to run the service. We don't sell your data, period. See our Privacy Policy for the full picture.
We take data security seriously, but no system is perfect. We recommend exporting your data periodically as a backup.

If you connect Square POS, you authorize Spro HQ to read your sales data on your behalf. You remain responsible for your Square account and must comply with Square's own terms of service. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Square, Block, Inc., or any other integration partner.
We can suspend or close your account if you violate these Terms or stop paying. If we're discontinuing the service entirely, we'll give you plenty of notice. After your account closes, you have 30 days to request an export of your data before it's deleted.
Spro HQ is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We work hard to keep it running well, but we can't promise it'll always be available or bug-free. Don't rely on it as your sole source of truth for anything high-stakes — it's a tool, not a guarantee.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of Spro HQ is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or lost data.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If something meaningful changes, we'll email active subscribers at least 14 days before it takes effect. Staying on the service after that means you accept the new terms.
You may not transfer your account or these Terms to anyone else without our written consent. We may assign these Terms to a successor entity — including a company we later form to operate Spro HQ, or an acquirer of the business — provided that entity takes on the same obligations to you. We'll tell you if that happens.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Pulaski County, Arkansas, and you and we both consent to that jurisdiction.
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in force. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding Spro HQ, and replace any earlier version.
